LOST SOUL is only a mediator that helps Client find Rental from Owner and collects Rentals from Client on behalf of Owner. LOST SOUL charges Client a service fee for finding Rental and another service fee for collecting Rentals. LOST SOUL does not guarantee the quality or availability of accommodation or any other services offered by Owner. Client should contact the local representative of Owner if they have any issues with the Property after Starting Rental. Client can also reach out to LOST SOUL for assistance and support during office hours or through E Mail.
We or the property owner are not liable for any disruption or shortage of utilities like power or water supply or any natural or technical problems that may affect your stay at the property. No refunds will be given for these situations.
Guests are free to use any amenities and facilities in or around the property, but they are responsible for their own safety. Guests have to pay for any damage they cause to the property or the amenities.
In case of cancellation made by the Guests during the following period before the check in, the following amount will be deducted from the total Booking Amount:
a) Cancellation more than 60 days before the check in date - 100% refund to the customer
b) Cancellation between 30-60 days before the check in date - 85% refund to the customer
c) Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients have to communicate through email, otherwise the cancellation will not be valid.
If you encounter any problems with the property after check-in, please report it to the local representative of the property owner. The property owner has the absolute right to admit or deny guests. The number of guests must be strictly followed.
Guests have to pay a Security deposit of INR 20,000 to the caretaker when they check-in and they will get it back when they check-out, if there is no damage to the property or the amenities/appliances provided. If there is any damage, the Security deposit will be used to cover the cost.
Guests have to respect the neighbors and not make any noise near the pool after 10 pm.
Smoking and using or having drugs is not allowed. If drugs are found, the stay will be cancelled and the police will be informed about the guests.
Guests have to keep the pool clean and not pollute it in any way. If the pool is contaminated, guests will have to pay a fine of at least INR 15,000.
Guests have to inform in advance if they want to host any events like house parties, receptions, birthday parties, etc. Otherwise, they will be fined.
Guests can drink alcohol, but they have to be over 25 years old.
Guests can bring their pets with prior permission. Guests have to take care of their pets and not let them damage the property. Guests will have to pay for any damage caused by their pets.
The standard check in time is 3:00 pm and the check out time is 11:00 am, unless agreed otherwise.
Guests have to follow these timings, or they will have to pay a fine as per LOST SOUL terms.
The fines are as follows:
a) Fine of INR 4,000 for 2 hours delay.
b) Fine of INR 10,000 for 5 hours delay.
c) Fine of one day’s payment for 6 hours or more delay.

Guests will not get any refunds for any damages to their personal appliances due to voltage fluctuations. The property owners and other suppliers who provide travel or other services through the site are not working for or with LOST SOUL.
LOST SOUL and its affiliates are not responsible for any mistakes, failures, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses caused by them.

I am giving my WhatsApp contact number voluntarily for this purpose and I can change my mind and stop my consent at any time. I know that if I stop my consent, I may miss some important updates and offers from LOST SOUL.
